    hot take How so? If we lose we probably have to go 8-2, 7-3 the rest of the way with 5 of the wins needing to come vs the Cardinals to get in, which seems incredibly unlikely. The VBs schedule sets them up much better to play 1 game better from here on out for the WC. Because baseball. It's pointless to try to project a 10 game stretch of games when bad teams beat good teams all the time
