Agreed. Bellinger feels like he has a more sustainable career than Alonso. I'm happy to be wrong about him, but I've seen too many other super-slugging first baseman turn into pumpkins 6-7 years into their careers (due to injuries or just losing bat-speed)

FWIW, I don't think the fans were booing the players so much as they were booing the play calling. I, too, would have loudly booed every bubble screen or poorly blocked run play. I'm not sure how every player on the team wasn't internally screaming when the play calls were coming in

With Jeimer out you pretty much have to roll with Bellinger at 1B and Madrigal at 3B. You can rotate between Morel, Tauchman and Wisdom at DH
