    This happens to me too. If, from the main BB page, I select "View Your Post", then click one of those threads, it often creates an error.

    I voted Beltre. He and Sexson were supposed to ressurect the Mariner offense, but he has been a no-show and the team still struggles.

    My deep-seeded Cubs pessimism says they won't. I remember how many years Sosa went 0 for 2 or 0 for 3 and was a complete non-factor...

    Wasn't that when he said that he was 10-0 in All Star Games, and that the NL would have won had he been playing? Then Reggie said something like, "Joe, you get to be on the air all season long. I get one moment to talk and you butt in." He made it seem like he was joking, but clearly Reggie was telling Morgan to STFU on national television.

    And whichever country wins, then the World Series team with more players from that country gets homefield advantage! Right Bud? But seriously, those dugouts better be big enough for the players AND their agents, as no one is going to let these guys kill themselves preseason. Also, how does this affect the actual spring training camps when the superstars are away playing a tournament? Doesn't this hurt on and off-the-field chemistry?

    I must say that that was the most boring piece of television I've seen in a long time. Why do I get excited for this contest every year? And as if Berman isn't enough to make you cry every year, they stick Joe Morgan with him. Christ on a crutch that was painful!

    It's an All Star Team. SOMEONE has to bat 9th. Plus with the DH, it's just a hit parade all day anyways.

    I'm late to this discussion.... Without reading every page of posts, I'll simply say that the guy certainly isn't what he was in the 90's, but he does lead the team in wins right now. I think his off day experiences with the young pitchers are invaluable.

    I have NEVER heard that it's uncool to bring a glove. I bring my glove if I'm somewhere I could catch a ball. What's less cool, catching a ball with a glove, or getting your ball when some other idiot WITHOUT a glove takes it off the chest and then you pick it up when it rolls under your chair? No one ever catches balls barehanded on the fly!

    This doesn't seem to be a yes/no question. I mean, of COURSE they'll play, even if it's 1 AB per week. They aren't going to not play at all. Dusty DOES play everyone on the roster at least a alittle bit.

    Yeah, it's jacked up somehow. I'm at 9:02, yet it says 8:39. perhaps the NSBB server is in a deep hidden cave in the Rocky Mountains, run by the Yeti.
