There's pretty much no way PCA doesn't regress next year. Even if he's "only" a 7.0 fWAR player next year, it'll be a step back

His last start he had 10 baserunners in 5 IP but only gave up 2 ER. Can't keep running a 2.00 WHIP and expect those results (mega-small sample size, etc.)
