I look dumb? That's your opinion. I think you look dumb that you don't think he is. He didn't earn the money last year either. 130 strikeouts & 20 steals w/ a low OBP for a leadoff hitter making $18 mill/yr doesn't do it for me. Sorry. I doubt very many cub fans have much confidence at all that he will be a high level player on the back end of that contract let alone now. you're right. if he made league minimum, the Cubs would have won 100 games last year

I think I'll the first person to admit that the Mizzou basketball program is garbage and embarrassing. I'm completely jealous of Kansas' basketball program, I'm not afraid to admit that. i'm just busting your balls. and for what it's worth, i wouldn't go into a game thread involving the Cardinals just to cheer against them
