Sportscenter just laid out the scenarios needed for Dallas to get in, but I didn't catch all of it. They need TB to lose twice (to SD and OAK) which alone is unlikely ETA: ESPN.com doesn't even list Dallas (or Chicago) on their "how do they get in" page
