  1. nice time to stop playing defense, idiots
  2. this is the worst thing ever
  3. dammit
  4. anyone else having sound issues the last few minutes?
  5. a possible Favre retirement coupled with the rookie Tim Tebow should make for a seamless transition of hero fellating for Buck next year Huh? Why would Buck hero worhip Tebow? someone needs to pick up where the college announcers left off

  7. what do the number of stars on the players' "C" patches signify?
  8. no defense at all here. It's like a Big XII game
  9. Peyton Manning is unreal. I almost hope he wins 2 or 3 more Super Bowls just to cement his legacy as possibly the greatest QB ever.
  10. Don't worry we are coming to town this week. You'll get your first win. PSU was up 8 with ~2 minutes left, and up by 2 with under 30 seconds to go. Wisconsin ended on something like a 50-15 run
  11. only my teams
  12. Texas loses, so now we get to see Kentucky as the new #1. UGH
  13. Nice to see a win like this when Noah didn't play. Nice work
  14. if Gibson played today, he'd get a warning on his first inside pitch, then tossed on his second. If he did it the next game, he'd get a suspension
  15. it just won't die. Someone just posted one about the Massachusetts election. UGH
  16. That hat has a very NASCAR feel to it
  17. I know Penn St is 0-6 in the conference now, but they are a solid team. I bet truffle and Derwood disagree. I know I do. Penn State is solid. Solidly in last place Plus, they just likely played their two most winnable games (@ Iowa, Indiana, since they only play each once), so the schedule just gets tougher from here. Not that they won't beat Illinois/Northwestern/Michigan at home, but that just was the easy part of their schedule. Penn State wasn't good because of Talor Battle alone last year. They were good because there were two other scoring options on the floor (Pringle/Cornley). Now Battle is pretty much the only threat, so you can double team him on the perimeter and not really worry that Andrew Jones or Chris Babb is going to throw up 25 points on you
  18. The argument against Soriano leading off is that his batting position will most often come up with no one on base (leading off the game/batting behind the 7-9 hitters). If you're happy with 30 HR, 85 RBI, that's great, but you'd normally like your power hitters/run producers to hit with people on base
  19. beat me to it

  21. Huh? What history do the Knicks have on a handful of other NBA teams? 1970 and 1972 NBA Champions, duh
  22. I keep seeing this thread with more posts and get my hopes up that the Cubs have signed Sheets. Instead, it's part 37 of the "clubhouse chemistry" argument :banghead:
  23. In what way? he kept all those HR and RBI for himself bastard
  24. i think he was asking if NSBB had a twitter account (or 312Sports)
