    Wuertz is also terrible Sadly, statisics would suggest otherwise. Prior to last night Wuertz had a 5.40 ERA and a 1.80 WHIP in 5 appearances since his demotion. Yeah, that is a great sample size there. Weurtz had a proven track record of "not being terrible". There is no point debating this. Weurtz is not terrible. Seriously. You know who else had a proven track record of "not being terrible"? Bob Howry. Exept for 2008 of course. The same could be said for Wuertz. The arguement that either of the haven't been terrible is wrong No, not really.

    I think the most likely scenario is Minnesotta...the Bears were probably tossed in as speculation...sadly of course. I'd love Favre on this team, but as we have seen, Angelo is clueless on assembling an offense.

    worst comparison ever lol, I had to read that twice...Eyre as good Fuentes? We really need a "Homer" emotion on this board. What are their numbers this year? Fuentes has much better #'s though you take Eyre's with a grain of salt based on sample size. That being said Fuentes is a much better commoditty given his age(as previous mentioned)

    you just outline a 3 step plan for teams not kicking to Hester. My point stil stands, he will probably get about the same touches via returns as last year. If he can excute upon it, then that is still money well spent.

    I don't understand why people think Hester won't get a chance to return punts or kicks? Here is how it will work... 1) Teams won't kick to Devin Hester for 3-4 weeks. 2) Along comes a cowboy of a head coach that thinks his ST unit can stop Hester. They kick to him. 3) Hester returns one or more kicks that game for a TD Repeat Steps 1-3 again...
