I wanted the Hendricks complete game because that would have been awesome and I think he would have done it but that's a dumb reason to leave a guy in for game 7. It wasn't a bad call strategically.

Well now I'm annoyed that tonight is just a boring ass regular season game though it's nice to not have off the wall anxiety at the moment. -
This is the only sport I seem to care about anymore, for the most part. I want to do it again.

I didn't really think hearing the call could get me emotionally anymore but for whatever reason, hearing it in the context of all the history got me teared up. The "holy horsefeathers, this is our time" feeling got to me. -
I remember them putting up 20 on the Dodgers in 2001. I don't know if it's happened since or not.

I think game 5 of the World Series is my favorite when you take out the emotion of winning it all and whatnot from game 7. The tension was probably the most I ever felt for a game...except maybe the 10th inning of game 7 as until the Davis homer the game felt in the bag.
