    I'm just going to assume that things Miggy has said always has led to awesome Cubs baseball, like the #wearegood thing pretty much sparked the awesome baseball part of 2015 so because of this, we are still going to win 100 games and it's all because of him. I'll rub my girlfriend's feet if this team wins 100 Fine, 92 and the World Series anyways

    Maybe the Miggy speech can be this year's Heyward one.     I don't really care for GOAT debates in other sports but for whatever reason I enjoy the hell out of evaluating basketball players that way. There's a certain romanticism when it comes to the individual in this sport. I guess it used to be there in baseball but really isn't as much anymore and it gives me a reason to still be a meatball.

    Lebron would have to sustain this run for a while and win some more titles to go down as better than Jordan. jordan won 6 final mvps and took two years off in the middle. My thought process is that he's done some good stuff with some not good teams. His numbers are going to be insane when he retires and I think he'll win more titles. I think the Cavs title last year was more impressive than anything Jordan did and the way he played in that series was insane. If they find a way to beat the Warriors this year, he takes a major step in catching MJ.

    Not-fun fact: the Cubs were 13th in dongs both in 2015 and 2016, and are currently in 14th this season. Well horsefeathers, I don't even want the World Series anymore.

    Kind of the opposite. In 2009, we were fresh off an epic let down, and hoping for Milton Bradley to somehow be the magic piece that brings the puzzle together. This has more of a they just won the horsefeathering World Series and are capable of winning a few more. I mean it would be nice to see our starting pitchers getting rocked a little bit less, but all in all, it's a completely different feeling. Like, a lot. i pretty much meant mediocre but technically good year following a really good one. obviously 2016 was better than 08 and i think well be fine this year, just off to a blah start.
