This is a really bad team when Rondo isn't playing. How does he make that big of a difference?

Baseball is awesome. Long games are awesome. Stop trying to "fix" baseball. It's charm is the slow pace that bulds anticipation and I love it contrast to the other sports.

We've scored 7 runs. It's the second inning. they have 4 and Jake is throwing batting practice It's April. We're very likely to be good. We haven't even played well and are in first. We won the world series. -

They look so much different than they do with Rondo. I think Rondo has officially pulled an Edmonds and turned from despised to liked by me...of course it took Rondo getting hurt for it to happen but oh well.

No point guard could be a problem. Luckily Thomas is an awful defender.

horsefeathers, you could probably put LeBron on the Nets and they'd be a title contender. He basically had nothing but bums around him in the Finals two years ago when Kyrie and Love were out, and they still gave Golden State a fight. That's went LeBron deserves more credit when it comes to the GOAT discussion. Granted, he played in some poor conferences but he has turned some otherwise bad teams into title contenders and I'm not sure if other great players have done this.

I still think annoying things will happen back in Chicago (or they could blow this because the 16-17 Bulls are too damn weird) but, uh, they could sweep this.

Don't think that's a valid counterpoint. 3 road underdogs won. Wouldn't be surprised if 2 underdogs win the series. At least 4 of the games were good games. Who cares? Only 1 time ever has a team 5th seeded or lower won the NBA Championship...the 1995 Rockets. The 8th seed in each conference had a .500 record. The Bulls finished 4th in their own division! Stop putting those teams in the playoffs. 3 division winners and a wildcard in each conference is more than enough. I like the rareness of the upset. It makes it more memorable and more iconic when it happens. I get why one would say the first round is pointless but there have been enough cool moments that I don't mind it. On the other hand, an extra round for good players to get hurt against teams that are under .500 sucks.

Probably have the best player. They have some experienced players and the Celtics don't have a typical superstar. It feels like a long series at the least.

Objectively I like more about the Celtics than the Bulls but because of fan allegiances I have to root for the Bulls. A first round upset would be a fun thing

That right there showed that it's gonna have to be Schwarber. He's the only human being capable of it. Yup. Although I will admit even with the wind, I got excited. And it wasn't even really close. The wind in this park is stupid. Especially in this month.

It's fun to watch us score because the other team's defense screws up and then we go out and steal runs. We're so horsefeathering good.
