    I'm pretty excited for Wednesday myself. I haven't really been following that closely since the free agency stuff, do we know when about when Boozer is coming back?

    so if Auburn does pass everyone this week and becomes #1 in the BCS poll, will ESPN use the AP rankings to frame their #1 team being beaten for the 4th straight week story? I've seen all channels do this just to use the highest ranking possible to promote the matchup. ESPN started doing that right when the BCS rankings came out. I don't think it's just to frame that No. 1 lost again because Oregon was listed as No. 2 on Thursday on their telecast. My guess is it has to do with ESPN being the ones who release the rankings now.

    Games like this one and the Browns and Saints really makes me optimistic about tonights Packers game. You don't know what's going to happen going into any game in this league.

    The Bears ability to force fumbles is kind of uncanny.

    Dumb, dumb, dumb. Both losses this year can be handed directly to special teams. A missed extra point, a botched field goal, a long kickoff return set up by a stupid offsides penalty and then the fake punt. Oh well, lets ruin Michigan State's national championship hopes next week. It's unreal. Average special teams this year and we're undefeated. Stanzi and the offense are so much better than last year it's unreal. Yet the defense has regressed because of linebacker play and injuries and the special teams have been awful. This has to be one of the worse years for special teams that I remember for Iowa. It's frustrating because it's been an area that I have always taken for granted for this team and in a year that could have been really special it's the thing that has already given us 2 losses. I'm still hopeful though. If Iowa wins out they earn a share of the Big Ten and there could be worse things then that.

    Is Missouri a legit title contender now? Assuming they hold on.

    They can also lead to bad things in terms of trying to make outs when you could be trying to get on base.

    Nobody cares and they shouldn't because I'm just whining but my favorite football teams have now lost 5 games this year by 17 points combined. That's annoying.

    Kirk Ferentz is a really good coach but some time this coaching staff makes be hit my head. I can't believe that.

    I wish ESPN didn't decide that I need to watch Georgia Tech/Clemson instead of Nebraska/Oklahoma State. ACC football is pretty uninteresting.

    I'd never thought I'd see a day when Iowa State would beat Texas let alone blow them out on their own turf.

    Iowa State is up 14-3 over Texas. What the hell? (I know Texas is inconstant and not who they used to be but Iowa State is terrible.)

    I don't understand why everyone was touting that MSU's only tough game left is against Iowa. Northwestern always does this to some ranked team it seems and MSU always seems to lose a game like this. I'm not surprised by this. Hopefully Northwestern wins so they get it out of their system and don't upset Iowa for once.

    They almost lost to Minnesota also. They are just one of those teams who plays pretty much everyone closely.
