This quarter has been awesome. Rose has been Godly and Detroit has 7 points (3 FG's) this quarter.

I really wish the Bulls had an offensive threat when Rose is struggling and the refs aren't too impressive right now.

I like how Minnesota/Ohio State and Michigan/Penn State are on as opposed to USC/Oregon where I'm at. I really can't figure out how Minnesota is on the prime time ABC game.

I'm trying to figure out who the coaches for Iowa are today. Both the timeouts at the end of the half win seconds left and the reverse pass attempt are definitely not characteristics of an Iowa coached team.

This is awesome. I can't really believe this is happening (I though Iowa would win but this is ridiculous). I'm not a fan of the fans chanting overrated at half time though. That's just asking for bad things to happen.

I've been switching back and forth between the Bulls and Blackhawks game so I haven't watched too closely but from what I've seen the Bulls are already more fun to watch than I've seen in a long time.

It was fun to see Miami get beat but an individual regular season game doesn't mean much at all in the NBA.

The afor mentioned plus Cubs, Phillies, and Dodgers. This doesnt say that other teams have bad fans, its just that they dont have too many out of market fans. Say the Brewers and Twins were to make the series, Im sure theyd fill the stadium without a problem, because both teams have great local fan bases, at least when they're doing well, but they wouldnt get much out of market viewership, because well, aside from Chicago, and maybe Detroit, nobody really cares about the midwest. You often seem to underestimate how huge of an out of market fan base that the Cubs have, its probably 2nd to only the Yankees, maybe the Red Sox. If they were to make the series, it would probably be the highest rated in quite some time because of the 100+ year drought. I'd have to imagine if the Cubs made the series it would be up there with some of the highest rated of all time simply because the Cubs in the World Series would resonate with a lot of people who don't care about baseball. Everyone in the country knows the Cubs and everyone knows them as the ultimate perennial loser. In '03 everyone in high school who didn't follow baseball or have a favorite team became a Cubs fan.

When Peterson was running it down our throat on the last drive the Packers committed and stuffed Peterson. I'm surprised that they didn't run play action to Moss right there. Then again, if I thought of it I'm sure an NFL D coordinator would have thought of that too.

We lost two games in OT on blatant penalties on Rodgers (one of them a playoff game). I'll take being the beneficiary of some calls . Plus blowing the whistle early on Kuhn's 4th down attempt probably took points away from us too. I won't pile on ya though, If the Packers had ended up losing after the Iowa game yesterday I'd be pissed off.

I'm not. I'm mixed on it. On the one hand he's done so much for us and that may very well have been his last game in Green Bay on the other hand he clearly signed with the Vikings to stick it to us and the whole penis thing. Awesome win though. I really hope it turns the season although with injuries and the schedule it's still going to be tough.
