  1. Does the scoreboard show Penn State having an extra point than they have?
  2. Exactly. That's why 1) you can't challenge 10-15 yards of field position on the opening kickoff and 2) why the challenge rules need to change. Tomlin lost only one challenge on a call that possibly could have been overturned and now he's out of challenges in a game that seems rife with potential for close/challengable calls. It does suck that a coach loses a challenge on a win but then again the rules are the way they are so people aren't challenging every mundane play like a play that's worth 10 yards of field positioning.
  3. Even if it were the Super Bowl I don't think I'd spend that much on a game even if I could. I can't justify spending that much for a couple of hours of entertainment.
  4. I don't really like either team but this has been fun to watch.
  5. The kind of basketball that Wisconsin plays sucks. Too bad it's successful.
  6. I loved that we had a run game in Philly, but I'm going to need more than one good performance before I declare our running woes over. And I could even understand Packers fans being excited...that's only natural. I just would expect the national guys to be a bit more skeptical, at least...*shrug* I think his one game was more of a fluke than anything. It's not like the Eagles had a great rushing defense to begin with and than they had to have been thinking the pass is what the Packers would destroy them with. What is good about it though is that Atlanta has to think about the run now, at least for a little bit and Green Bay hasn't really had that all year. If the Starks that played in the Eagles game is for real than Green Bay is probably the best team in the NFC. But I can't see that being the case. Players don't usually do nothing all season and then become amazing against the best teams in the conference.
  7. From what I've seen I don't think anyone knows yet.
  8. I didn't even realize the Bulls played the Heat tonight. This could be an epic sports night for me but it probably won't be.
  9. I can't believe how important Noah is.
  10. I missed the days when Iowa could keep Northwestern within 15.
  11. They are getting hot again. Stay healthy this time everyone.
  12. Boozer's attitude kind of sucks.
  13. It would take a very good defensive effort but the Bulls record for fewest points scored in a game post shot clock is somewhat in jeopardy. The Bulls scored 49 in a game in 99.
  14. The Packers keep getting a lot of respect. This scares me.
  15. Has Penn State ever sold out a basketball game? They've had some ok teams in the past and I've never seen a good crowd for basketball at Penn St. before.
  16. Stacey King is amazing. I just hope he doesn't end up becoming too much like Gruden with the over-the-top analysis. Bull announcers have always been pretty homeristic and over the top. King's fun to listen to though.
  17. Stacey King is amazing.
  18. I'd rather have Vancouver again. We kind of own them and have played well against them this year as well. Plus the look on their fans faces when we beat them is priceless. i thought about that too, but we'd probably lose and then we'd lose all braggig rights against them and no longer have them as our bitches. if we lose to somebody else, we still technically own them... even if they go deeper this year. i don't wanna ruin that True but as long as they don't win the cup we have something they won't have. It's cool to be able to play that card. "You suck". Pull out Stanley Cup "Awww".
  19. I'm ready for next weekend already.

  21. If they hold on here they will move from 11th to 5th. This conference is packed up tightly at the bottom.
  22. If I was a Packers fan, I don't know how I'd feel about facing the Seahawks after beating the Saints and Bears and having a crapload of momentum and a game at Qwest field. Not sounding cocky (i'm trying to write as a general NFL fan), but if they beat the Bears after beating the Saints, something strange is going on and I wouldn't want anything to do with playing them. That sums up my thoughts. While I'd be estatic to go to the next round going to Qwest for a trip to the Super Bowl against the ultimate underdog could be disastrous. Than again the Bears are really good too. I just want to win and worry about the other crap later.
  23. Agreed. The only thing that would be more epic (for me at least) is a Cubs/Cardinals NLCS I know I picked the Packers to win the Super bowl I'm having a hard time seeing them get by Atlanta. Atlanta is a legit very, very good team and it will be tough beating them down there. I don't know if the Bears vs Packers NFC title game will happen.
  24. It's a good thing no Eagle was paying attention to Williams there. Jesus. Thank God we survive.
  25. Yeah, I'm going to be sick.
