I know it's great for fans to get a true champion, but at that point you're talking about kids playing a 16-game season (Ohio St has played 12 reg season, 1 conf championship game, this would potentially add a play-in game, semifinal, and championship game) for free. That's pretty ridiculous. Do we get a true champion the only undefeated team left doesn't have a prayer at the playoffs?

I would be curious to know how many NFC teams, if they switched conferences with the Patriots, would be favored to reach the Super Bowl. Pittsburgh is the only other good team in the AFC it seems. I question how good the Steelers are even.

Wisconsin has a legit defense and running back. With a good QB they could beat anyone I think. That said, I still think undefeated power 5 team should make it. You only have so much control over schedule and they dominate their opposition.

I don’t mind okafor from a “screw it we’re rebuilding, let’s see what pieces can turn into something” perspective but I don’t see much purpose to a guy who basically is a post player that’s too slow to defend modern nba bigs in today’s NBA

What a glorious time to be alive. I remember thinking after Chapman ended game 5. They really are going to horsefeathering do this Re-watching the game today in the office. Cleveland just made it 3-2 in the top of the 6th. I have no idea how I survived this game, let alone the later parts of Game 7. I felt way more tense for this game than game 7. I'm not sure I actually breathed for 4 innings straight.

Twice ESPN has completely forgotten about the White Sox winning the World Series. CBS Sports overlooked it one time, too. Pretty funny! Based on the ratings from that WS, I'm not 100% sure it actually even happened. In fact, who the horsefeathers are the white sox?
