    I dont know much about Hill...Is that a good deal? isnt he just like a mediocre second baseman? He put up decent numbers last year, but many think it was a fluke year. He probably is no more than a .750 OPS player.

    Yeah, he is so amazingly patient. He's exactly what the Cubs have needed for years now. Yes, I would have to agree. He's got such a great plate approach too.

    This one is REALLY far fetched, since Montanez isn't in the organization anymore (last I knew he was in the Orioles' system). I think what he was going for there was trades of Cubs draft picks for guys who were drafted after the Cubs draft picks. Ryan Harvey for Nick Markakis

    Remember how Hendry wanted Byrd? He's 0-13 with 4 Ks and 0 BB.

    Greene out of necessity. He's better than Theriot and makes the lineup better. The OF is set fairly well and while Harden and Burnett would be nice, they both have injury histories and I'm fine with what we have at the moment with the exception of Marquis.

    Let's go Dempster, Marquis, Murton, Theriot, Fuld, Hart, Veal, Blanco, Eyre, E-Patt, Cedeno and a bucket of new baseballs for Khalil Greene and Jake Peavy. Overwhelm them with quantity!
