  1. If I told you that Zambrano's ERA+WHIP=3, then how would you feel? The most important thing is that we no longer have that cancer in the clubhouse, right? Right?
  2. Leave him in for the rest of the game, save the bullpen, and then dfa his ass immediately after the game. I'd rather Coleman start than this pudd.
  3. who didn't know this was coming, eventually.
  4. Let's piss away one of our last six outs. Great.
  5. This is quite the strike zone Delgado is getting.
  6. Where's WSR to mourn the Hamilton trade?
  7. If geo and Stewart continue to not hit a buck fifty, with our pitching, we could surprise some people.
  8. oh you're right, our worst reliever came into a tight game and immediately gave up two BBs, I beg for Dale's forgiveness. And then? a ball was hit hard that luckily went right to a fielder. You honestly think this was the best spot to let marmol work through his [expletive]? The (lucky) result doesn't justify the bad decision. You vastly overestimate Marmol's ability to blow a 2 run lead when you have another reliever(that doesn't walk anyone) available pretty much instantly. Again, he gave up 2 walks because of a teacup strike zone, got a loud out, then mowed down 2 guys. It was a good outing. which is all well and good, but again, until he works through his [expletive] and starts throwing strikes again, he shouldn't pitch in close games. If dale trusts him in the eighth there, why did he bother pulling him as closer?

  11. What philosophy is that? The one where apparently you don't give the guy your paying $10 million a year to any chances to get himself together. really? You think the eighth inning in a two run game is the best spot to allow marmol to work out his issues??? Huh.
  12. Sveum is clueless. Marmol is a mop up man at this point, nothing more.
