    He also blamed the Cubs lack of runs scored on Ian Stewart and David DeJesus. DeJesus, of the .352 OBP, is the reason the Cubs aren't scoring runs. I razzed Rogers about this on Twitter this morning.

    It's been a heavy downpour for the last 45 minutes. This cell should be out of the area within the half hour. The field probably took on a lot of water, but GABP is always bragging about their drainage system, so who knows.

    Pouring here in Cincy right now. Hunkered down in a sushi restaurant about five minutes from downtown waiting for the storm to pass before I head down to the game. Looks like it should be through within the hour.

    Why the sarcasm? I'm not Peter Gamons. Just yakkin' on a forum. I get that you NSBB old timers don't like rookies, or speculating on the possibility that something GOOD could happen. I'll try to be more negative in the future. If you were saying anything remotely insightful or interesting, I'm sure the "old guard" would let it slide. Try harder next time.
