longer. the best team in the NL doesn't suddenly forget how to play baseball 140 games into the season. Seriously if you are jumping ship after 6 games you haven't been following baseball enough I dont see any incinuation of jumping ship now. This team is just looking bad lately, and some of the eternal optimists are starting to go south.

All Im saying is that its possible. Theres a difference between a losing streak and a streak where a team looks down right horrid. Just out of curiosity, what was the Mets lead this time last year? like 7 games? Im not saying its going to happen, but there are people out there who refuse to admit the possibility.
