Anyone else worried aboput retaliation for Ted Lillys merciless clobbering of Yadier Molina? I say if they do anything, and someone ends up getting hurt, wait for Harden to come out, and bring in Hart or Wells and have them lay their best fastball into Pujols elbow.

I'll be out there in what looks like will be rain, rooting on the fellas. So rock on Harden. In that pic, Cuban really does look like a predator that slipped some hottie a date rape drug.

Idealy, The Phils can take down the Brewers and we can take care of business with the Astros. -
So Glaus is out, Rotoworld says Molina will be out a few more games, and I doubt that Ankiel plays. Again, we'll be given a gift lineup surroudning Pujols and Ludwick, just as long as Izturis and Miles arent made to look like Mays and McCovey.

Dont be so sure its to late. If they sweep us this weekend, which isnt impossible, and the Phillies sweep or take 3/4 from the Brewers, which again, isnt impossible, they can get back in that race real quick, especially the wild card.

I was reading on MLB trade rumors that in the Brewers/Indians deal, theres still a PTBNL, and if the Brewers make the playoffs, the Indians chose the player, and if they dont, the Brewers chose. Im assuming a lot of the top guys like Escober and Gamel(or Laporta, I forget which one they already sent) are off limits, but still, its an interesting clause. -
Not that there was a need for him this evening, but there have been spots lately where he could have been used. I havnt seen him, heard his name, or anything. And if hes not injured, its kind of dumb to keep a guy who was on a nice little role between the minors and his 1 appearence with the big league club out of work for so long.
