    I'm with you. I think a lot of the bitterness from Demp queefing it up yesterday carried well into today. well, i don't fit into that boat... i actually don't really pin yesterday on dempster... this team has been skating by for a while now, and i keep praying that they come together for that grand final push...everyday that goes by without that happening makes me a little bitter and nervous and it also makes me prepare for a broken heart

    Based on the way Ward has been playing lately, the Pirates did us a favor. yeah that 1225 OPS over the last 7 days sucks. or that 1117 OPS over the last 2 weeks. or maybe that 1056 OPS in the last month. what a terrible baseball player. dammit pat got my hopes up. And getting picked off first base in scoring situations. You can't get picked off in the batter's box dude, you'd be surprised :wink:

    No doubt. After tonights game, the bums will be 4-6 against the Pirates. AGAINST THE PIRATES. oh good god i had forgotten that we struggled against the bloody pirates as well this year christ man astros, reds, pirates what the crap!

    i don't so very much mind dempster in the closers role...every closer will have this stuff happen to them... and i really don't totally pin this one on dempster... i mean seriously line drive up the first base line... good ground ball that found a weakness ball taken by wind and barely landing in basket crap happens it just so happens we were crapped on today...i know we all took showers right afterwards...so...we are now clean and ready to keep on truckin
