    :( I don't believe I've ever seen a thirdbaseman get hit in the head by a liner, usually they react quickly enough to at least get a glove up in time.

    Seemes like he'd be worth a top 10 type talent. If he stays and we offer him whatever it is we have to offer him on a 1 year deal and he goes elsewhere where he's probably going to get a multi year offer we get a comp pick next year. If we can't get at least that type of talent back, may as well just keep him.

    Based on that Almora/Soler article today, sounds like Soler is gonna play the outfield tommorow and Almora will start seeing game action on Monday.

    It seems like they are less than thrilled with the dodger offer and are looking at what they can get from other teams and that's what's dragging this out. If they feel like they can get a better deal from Atlanta or another team I'm sure that they take their time with this and see what else is out there.

    Which basically mean he got off to a slow start. I don't really understand why that means he can't be promoted when he's shown consistent progress and performance over a fairly good amount of time. It wasn't a slow start, he didn't look like he belonged in Mesa even during April and May. Meh, ok.

    How is Tampa not eligible for oneof those picks (at least I didn't see their name in that article) and the Cardinals are? I don't see how the Cardinals are a low revenue team.
