  1. Chris Rusin somehow pitched a complete game shut out against the Padres at Coors Field.
  2. I for one welcome our new diamondmind overlords
  3. It is 108 degrees at the stadium in Las Vegas
  4. Worth mentioning that Ryan Williams had yet another strong start for Tennessee: 6 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 2 BB, 4 K.
  5. I am [expletive] amazed Matt Williams still has a job.
  6. yay vogelbach Also, very nice to see Happ heating up, especially after inexplicable Brett Jackson comparisons.
  7. Kevin White getting shin surgery. :( [tweet] [/tweet] [tweet] [/tweet]
  8. So uh.... Do the Redskins just not have a TE at the moment?
  9. As a former DC resident, it's making me a little sad to see the Nationals just collapse so spectacularly.
  10. Javy with 2 Ks tonight :( [tweet] [/tweet]
  11. Man.... The PBP guys for the Smokies on radio and the Pirates on ROOT TV sound strikingly similar.
  12. Tack on a single for Almora, 2-3 with a BB. [tweet] [/tweet] [tweet] [/tweet]
  13. Final line for Pierce: 7 IP, 6 H, 3 R, 2 ER, 1 BB, 6 K on 105 pitches. To be fair to him, it should probably be 1 ER as the defense completely fell to pieces on him in the 4th when two scored. The Chattanooga scorer was awfully generous with scoring errors as hits tonight... Almora with a flyout, walk, and double.
  14. I think it'd be nice to have him around on the bench. Seeing as there's probably almost no way the Phils pick up his option, I feel like he could be sold on a playoff run with a fun young team.
  15. Huh, coulda sworn they had faced him before, but you are correct. Let's beat him so bad he wants to come back here. We face him in Spring Training and hit four dongs off of him. Soler, Castro, Coghlan, and Rizzo are the ones who went deep. Ahhhh thank you. That's what I was thinking of.
  16. honestly wouldn't mind if this game ended 15-14
  17. Huh, coulda sworn they had faced him before, but you are correct. Let's beat him so bad he wants to come back here.
  18. holy crap Lynn knocked out in the first after 5 runs
  19. I don't think this is updated to include today, but he has a 3.29 ERA with a 1.226 WHIP, 2.44 SO/W and 10.3 K/9. Batters hitting .209 .299 .288 .587 off of him. He's only given up 1 HR in 37+ innings of relief work, whereas he gave up 9 in 38 innings as a starter this year. Thank you, good sir. That's a pretty damn solid line.
  20. Not over Johnson/Blackburn/Underwood or Stinnett/Cease/Sands/Steele. Strongly agree
  21. Can some benevolent soul tell me what Wood's line in relief is?
