Stop this. The Cubs aren't going to lose just because they're the Cubs, just like the Cardinals don't win because they're the Cardinals. The Cubs are playing better than the teams behind them right now. And they have a huge lead. It's ok to accept that. Baseball's a volatile sport, they could go 1-5 or 0-6 this week not because they're the Cubs but rather because baseball's baseball. Not to mention going against Bumgarner, Kershaw (or do they miss him?), and Greinke. Thought we were missing Greinke, but getting Kershaw... Correct. I think we were originally supposed to get both but it looks like they moved Greinke around to face the Giants in the series right after ours. Makes a lot of sense. The Giants at 1.5 back are a much bigger concern for them right now.
