    Something is going to happen soon because Hendry also said that Theriot will not be sent down. Jones' time may be really limited. Yup-with Lou's insistence that Pie will not be sent down, that only leaves Pagan and Jones, and with his versatility I'm sure management doesn't want to see Pagan down for 10 days at least. Yeah, I don't see that happening either. This might be it folks. Jones might be a goner by tonight. This could be a great day in Cubs History. Thank God for Lou's love of Pie. As I've said before, Dusty would have had him back in the minors.

    Hendry is running this team. I'll believe he lands a pitcher when I see it. Pretty sure the Cubs are supposedly switching to 12 pitchers sometime this week, as early as today.

    I haven't watched a lot but from what I've seen from the World Cup stuff, ect its like slow hockey on grass and without the fights, a dumb clock system and players that over react getting fouled/hurt more than NBA guys. I'll pass.

    On that note... I'm extremely happy with the time Lou has given the younger players. If this were Dusty's team Izzy and Jones would probably start every day and Pie and Fontenot would be in the minors.

    I think your golf store is next door to me, but I don't see a Waffle House around here anywhere. There's a Ruby Tuesday up north of here, by Wal-Mart & Home Depot. We went over to the 194 exit on I-20, closer to the base, and had dinner at the Cracker Barrel. They had a Waffle House & a Huddle House over there. This load delivers to a small warehouse on Columbia Nitrogen Rd, over by DSM Chemicals & Monsanto. Then, I gotta go pick up a load at Kimberly Clark over on Beech Island. Love the aroma over that way !! :wink: Columbia Nitrogen Road Way nicer than Peru Hydrogen Drive...
