    Strong negotiation tactic Come on, do you really think him saying that changes or impacts anything in terms of negotiations? Are you in any way surprised that is their thinking? I know I would be shocked if that wasn't the case. Well, up until this point, Kane and Toews both thought they were merely adequate players. Now that Stan has pumped up their egos, they're going to start acting like super stars and demand to be paid as such.

    I was in the middle of a run when it happened. Totally forgot until I got back. I'm pretty happy with my team though. The scoring system is.......odd. As was I. Only 5 miles for me, though. I went 12, so clearly I'm better than you! :wink: Went almost 6 tonight. 18.35miles since Monday. Legs are dead right now.

    Yeeeeah, so I thought the draft was at 8:30 for some reason. Sorry to have not been present at the draft. I'm ok with my results. Yahoo seems to love it, though.

    Without knowing exactly was available, I don't love any of your top 5 picks. Boo! :-) I felt like I had a decent draft, but I don't feel nearly as confident as I did last year. I played a lot of mind games with myself this year... over-analyzed some players/situations.

Johnson (Det) 1 WR: A. Johnson (Hou) 4 WR: Moore (NO) 10 TE: Rudolph (Min) 8 D: Seattle (Sea) 5 K: Prater (Den) 8 Bench QB: RG3 (Was) 7 WR: S. Moss (Was) 11 TE: M. Bennett (Chi) 12 RB: G. Bernard (Cin) 13 WR: A. Jeffery (Chi) 14 WR: A. Dobson (NE) 15 I took a few risks in the draft, especially with the bench. I will try to spin one of Kaepernick and RG3 once the season gets going. I was VERY close to getting Matt Forte in the 3rd round, but he was picked right before me. This team is not without its weaknesses, but it seemed like the player picking before me knew my draft board. This is a 50/50 league in terms of competitiveness. Some players know what they're doing. Others draft Eddie Lacy in the 1st round, and GB's D in the 2nd.

    on the gif in this thread? i did it like 5 times and got 5.5 to 6 every time. I just timed it 5 times and got 4.6, 4.6, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7. From Contact to AJ reaching first base, I got: 5.0, 4.9, 5.1, 5.2, 5.1

    I was at a restaurant last week that had ESPN playing on one of the TVs. They were discussing RGIII and how he had "The Will To Win". I think that was the title of the segment, even. They gave no credit to Hawk, though.
