Why is that ballplayers seem to have fragile psyches not unlike teenage girls with low self-esteem. You have a great pitcher like that, and you're really more relaxed that your team is worse? Because you felt scared to go up and talk to him? This stuff doesn't add up to me. Its like the organization tells them they have to put a positive spin on when a fan favorite leaves to lessen the PR blow to the front office.

Growing up in Indianapolis I used to go to Butler's gym (Hinkle Fieldhouse I believe) and shoot around like once a week. I even have a couple autographed team pictures from late 90's early 00's. Then as I got older I found going to the bars in Broad Ripple to be about the best thing to do in Indy. I'm definitely gonna be there just for the atmosphere and hang around downtown since I can't afford tickets. Always been a fan of Butler, very happy to see them make use of their autobid and get past the sweet 16. I know there will be a lot of people like me that are either still living in Indy or that have moved away and come back to hang around and spend money during the weekend.

And if that is his attempt at a joke, it was lame, especially for the first post. He should have given a better effort. I thought it was intentionally lame to point out how tired the Gritty McHustler jokes are. They are intentionally lame, and very tiring, right up there with towel jokes. Its also lame to point out how lame it is when someone uses it. Everyone is at fault here.

Wow, good for Colvin. Even with his monster spring I figured AAA. Lou obviously emphasizes spring training statistics, despite the drawbacks there. Hopefully he contributes and gets a lot of playing time.

They need to draft an OG with that 4th anyway. Might as well bring in a 26 year old starter. Trade brown for a 4th to replace the pick, if they are insisting on doing so.

Tired sure, but they're a deep team. Butler deserves a lot more credit than they're getting. Indy representing, they belong in the final 4.

I'd like to see the thanksgiving game. I'm always sitting around talking to family members and not caring about the games. I'd like to switch that up this year.

Marlon Byrd is probably the last person I'd suspect to do coke. HE IS SO HUGE. Big people don't do coke? Not as much, or else they would eventually get smaller. Meh I've been an athlete my whole life and done lots of coke, never got smaller. It does depend on how often it's done though. Daily, then yeah. Bi-weekly with a hooker or two, not a chance.

I hate that I'm a fan of the Pacers. STOP WINNING! Every year they suck all year and win meaningless games at the end to screw up their draft position. This year they were finally close top a top 4 pick. Now they go on a winning streak and blow the Thunder out of the gym. What the?? Keep playing the vets O'brien. I'm relegated to holding on to the slim hope they get a top 10 pick and can grab Patterson/Udoh/ or Bledsoe if he hopefully declares. I seriously need to change which NBA team I root for, the management in Indiana is utterly clueless.
