If the Cubs can just "stay aflot" at .500 in their remaining games, 20-20, that'll put them at 95-67 to finish the season. Including tonight, (if we went .500 the rest of the way) Milwaukee would have to finish 26-14 to win the division. And the Cardinals would have to end their remaining 37 games at 27-10 to keep the Northsiders out of the playoffs altogether. Regardless to say, while I hope we finish 25-15 or better [would be sweet to see 3 figures in the left-hand column]; if we only go .500, I really like our chances at winning the division and HFA for the NL playoffs.
