    Obviously, Bruce is pointing out that Zambrano draws attention to himself and that every negative happening is magnified. Same with Milton Bradley. Are you sure it's not something else? Something more... SINISTER?!

    His 2006 was a wash, but he had a pretty awesome 2007 and it's not like 2008 was abysmal. I think he'd maybe be a borderline borderline HoFer without the injury.

    I have no idea why you've come to the conclusion that he doesn't want to play for the Cubs. He just doesn't want to be told how to be a professional baseball player by anyone, Cubs or no Cubs.     You know, DeRosa sounds pretty awesome, but he's been flatout not good as a Cardinal. He's bound to get overpaid and I'm not sure we're going to see that 08 or even 07 DeRosa again.

    So, Rios has done so badly that it's hard not to take notice. He's hitting .140/.156/.215 with a -6 OPS+ for the Sox.

    He had a great view while having his head down motioning to Wolfe. But the point is that the 5 yard flag wouldnt have given the Bears a first down and they would have punted anyway. Wouldn't the snap to Maynard draw the same penalty?

    I can't ever remember one team gaining so much media love based on the preseason. Especially a team that couldn't stop the run last year and had a RB who was inconsistent at best. Why are the Packers so much better than last year? The 3-4? But there is no way to determine how good they will be right now. Grant had 1200 yards during a 'down' year. That's not bad. His YPC sure was, wasn't it?
