    Wouldn't surprise me as Len and Bob have been trying to subtlely infer how terrible this team is without openly trashing them for weeks now. (Especially Bob.) Bob maybe trying to get himself a job. I like him, and he has proved that he can win it all, but I dont know about another "players coach"...

    Great post; and unfortunatly you are right. As much as I hate Steinbrenner, he actually spends his money for the good of winning, therefore they are always contenders. I wish our ownership had the same intentions.

    Are you serious? He has only pitched for one game, lol. I like what I saw the first time, but chill. Remember what Glendon Rusch did last year? (6-2) All I am saying is, this could be beginners luck. Lets hope I'm wrong!

    Glendon Rusch lasted just 1 2/3 innings, but Angel Guzman bailed out the bullpen with 5 1/3 innings of solid relief. ---Cubs.com Im really starting to be impressed by these rookie pitchers. First Marmol, now Guzman? Lets hope this is not beginners luck..

    Umm... Do you know who is pitching tonight? This game is like the 2004 Presidential election. Whoever wins, we lose. Scenario 1: We win, Rusch stays in the rotation. Scenario 2: We lose, Rusch gets DFA'd Both cases we lose in some way.
