You have a strange interpretation of great. At Bama is a tough place to win, especially the way they did. I know RPI means nothing right now, but #1 RPI and #3 SOS is pretty dang significant. Anyone who doesn't think they'll contend for the Big 12 is dilusional. Kansas and Texas are the #1 and 2 teams in the country. Expecting to contend with them unless you're a top 10 team is foolish. When you're not Kansas or Texas, and don't have the "hype" of a Texas or a Kansas, you don't start the year #1 and #2 in the country. You start the year just outside the top 25-30 and have to work your way in. Just wait and see. It's December for christ's sake. Where you are ranked right now holds no weight on what you're going to be doing come conference time. This KSU team has yet to even come close to peaking yet. On top of the guards, Kelly and Judge will be a presence to deal with come conference time. Add in Sutton and Samuels, and this team has a LOT of weapons. You'll see.

Also, Ole Miss is getting 27 votes in the coaches poll and is #25 in the AP. KSU has beaten Dayton and Wazzu, plays Xavier tonight and UNLV on Saturday. Hell, Louisville lost to Charlotte this year. What's your point on Ole Miss? My point is, Ole Miss isn't very good at basketball and Frank Martin is a boob. And opinions are like a**holes.

Being 2 days away from the trade deadline in my dynasty league, I'm trying to improve my already outstanding team. I'm leading the 16 team league at 8-2. I'm trying to score MJD from a team that is in dead last. How strong is this offer? Remember, this is an IDP league, and you get kick return points, punt return points, etc. I give up: Michael Turner Percy Harvin Jerrius Byrd Next years 4th rounder in the rookie draft I get: MJD Jerricho Cotchery He drastically needs defensive backs (Byrd). Turner gives him a formidable RB (he doesn't want to win this year any more as he wants the first pick in next year's draft). Harvin steps in at WR for him and gives him someone who is scoring a lot of points on KR and PR. What are your thoughts of this offer?

First trade of the offseason made. I hate to lose Markakis, but i needed someone with minimal points and reyes fits that bill.

I believe he will. I think it's a 10 game qualifier. I don't think he does have eligibility there next year. The rule is 10 games during the current year and/or 20 games the prior year. If he only had 13, he didn't have enough to qualify at the position for the following year. Thanks for clarifying. I didn't read the rules.

I'll be trying to keep one of King Felix/Halladay, so one of them is up for grabs. Otherwise, I can get down to the limit by ditching Hanley and Markakis and holding onto Cano, Morneau, Aram. I'll be looking for draft picks/prospects and will be happy to package Halladay and Hanley if the deal is right.

Didn't end up trading Welker. I got rid of Avery for Mendenhall and he came through with a huge week.

Adam had no business in the championship. I play in it, and I win. [expletive], I didn't even manage my team over the last 2 weeks (had well less than 7 starts a week) and would have won. Oh well, that's the breaks. Congrats Kevin. I was rooting for you the entire time. I do agree with Adam (first time ever) that we should make the regular season end a week earlier as not to screw the finals with garbage players playing.

Here's my team in a 16 team PPR/Dynasty/IDP League. I just traded Larry Johnson and my first pick in the rookie draft next year for Boldin. It doesn't matter to me that much because we keep our entire team and I valued Boldin more so than I valued the pick. That and Larry Johnson sucks. QB: Romo QB: Bulger QB: Vince Young RB: Turner RB: James Davis RB: Caddilac Williams RB: Jamal Lewis WR: Boldin WR: Welker WR: Harvin WR: Lee Evans WR: Avery WR: Jordy Nelson WR: Troy Willamson (IR) WR: James Hardy (IR) TE: Cooley TE: Marcedes Lewis TE: Travis Beckham Defense: Too many players to list My question is, i'm stacked at WR, especially for a 16 team PPR league. You can start 1-2 RB or 2-4 WR, giving you 5 total players between the 2 positions each week. Would you stick with a 1 RB/4 WR approach (also get pts for kick returns too and Harvin's been a monster thus far) and go with : Turner Boldin Welker Harvin Evans or would you try and trade Welker for a top tier rb and go with something like this: Turner 2nd RB Boldin Harvin Evans If I was to trade Welker, who do you feel are RB's that would be viewed as a good straight up trade? For anyone interested, I'm not going to be able to keep all of Hanley, Morneau, Markakis, Cano, Holliday, Halladay, or King Felix. Just to let ya know. I'll be looking for exempt players and draft picks.

Yep.. wish the playoffs started sooner. Not making excuses, because my team sucks horribly. Wish we didn't have to wait to determine who was benching people, who may be sitting an extra day, etc. Wish it was in the terms of a normal week, not 2 weeks before the end of the year when the nobody's are playing.

Picked up Molina, dropped Roland-Smith since Posada is suspended. Replaced Posada in the lineup.
