They don't know what's going to happen. They'll have to just wait and see how Kerry responds.

Larry was interviewed on WGN Radio today and said that he really doesn't know if Kerry can pitch through the inflammation. If they determine that he can't, he could likely go to the bullpen for the rest of the season. And if he can't do that, he'll probably have his shoulder scoped.

So no Walker or Pujols? Apparently TLR doesn't want to tire out his everyday players with a day game in this heat. 110 heat index in St. Louis later today. It's only at 105 right now.

I'd imagine that if his shoulder was still hurting him, he wouldn't be pitching right now. 46 IP, 7.24 ERA, 64 hits, 37 ER, 10 HRs, 22 walks, 34 strikeouts. Ouch. -
