  1. Man, I could watch that return all day. There are some of us who do. We should form a support group.
  2. Yeah, that was something. Wasn't the only TD on a blocked punt?
  3. Psht. PSU is the only Big Ten school with fewer alumni in the Chicago area than Northwestern. So there. I'm surprised it's not more than NU, since PSU has 40,000+ students on main campus alone (plus over a dozen sattelite campuses) while NU has 6,500. I'd expect that to change in the near future when PSU is more established in the Big Ten. Then I'd think you'd see a rise in the # of Chicago-area students going there. I meant there are more PSU alumni living in Chicago, not that there are more kids from Chicago going to PSU Right, but they're related. I'd have to believe that the Big Ten schools have an advantage when attracting students from Chicago. The longer PSU is in the Big Ten, the percentage of kids going to PSU from Chicago is probably going to go up. Many, if not most, will move back after graduation and increase the number of alumni in the Chicago area. The more I think about it, the more I want the Wildcats to head to the Music City Bowl. Nashville would attract a lot more NU fans than El Paso and I could probably make the drive down there. Not sure if the SEC would be able to send a team (and thankfully it won't be Tennessee), but I don't want to face a Pac-10 team at the Sun Bowl. Cal would be okay, I guess, but I think we could handle an at-large team like Virginia.
  4. Another example of how fast Urlacher is: http://www.jonmdavis.net/vasher2.avi Play follow the Urlacher. You'll be impressed.

  7. Thank you, strength of schedule.
  8. A lot of players native to the Dominican Republic like to go back there (well, most are there during the off-season, anyways) and play some ball in the late fall or winter. I believe Pedro "How Much Longer Will My Should Hold Up?" Martinez was planning on playing for the Licey Tigers later this winter, as well. A dominican national team named "the tigers"? They're just a single team in the Dominican League, not the national team. By the way, twice last week, they had lineups with Henry Rodriguez batting 5th and Sandy Martinez batting 6. They need Aramis.
  9. that seems weird since they only had 2 kickoffs returned for 26 yards total, 3 yards on punt returns, and 68 yards for the int returns. 258 yards passing/rushing, btw Apparently I misheard that, then. Doesn't work if it was passing OR rushing, either. Anyone else watching GNL?
  10. BULLS WIN!!!
  11. The Bears had more return yards (Kickoffs, punts, and interceptions) than offensive yards, apparently.
  12. Sweetney to the line, tie game, under 30 seconds left.
  13. Sounds like the Bulls are really losing control of this game.
  14. Technical fouls for everyone.
  15. Sweetney looked pretty good Friday night, too. Big reason they had the 11-point halftime lead.

  17. Next week is a big game for Kyle. I must say that I was really encouraged by what I saw, though. The offensive line really stepped up, too, so hopefully they can repeat the success next week.
  18. It was asked to be closed. If he or anyone else wants, they can start a new one with all the options. Also, the rap discussion doesn't need to be brought up at every opportunity.
  19. First of all, AMAZING catch by Gage. Second of all, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! What a win!!!!
  20. Brown with another sack! Huge!!!
  21. Never had a chance on either of those runs.
  22. Great job, defense!!!
  23. Need a big stand here.
