  1. Throw a flag! What a late hit. Oh wait, this isn't freakin' football, Armstrong.
  2. This is like Major League, although the 2007 Cubs will never get to see what Hendry looks like as a naked cardboard cutout. Although I would like to see Major League-like tryouts.
  3. Crappy players who hustle are the wave of the future. Besides, it's not like there's a way to calculate A-Ram's value to a team. And what's with all the time he just spent standing around third base? It's like he was just waiting for something to happen. Lazy.
  4. I'm not allowed to post how the Bulls look tonight against the Pacers due to board policy.
  5. Blanco is going to get such a sweet contract.
  6. Terrible shooting in the 2nd quarter and a bogus foul with :00.1 on the clock... Indiana up 48-43 at the half.
  7. Keep an eye on the weather. TWC is calling for warm temps (upper 50s), but a 70% chance of rain pretty much all day and night. The field should be rather soaked by kickoff.
  8. Holy crap stop turning the ball over. Just some terrible passes. 25-24 Pacers after 1.
  9. I've never seen a team move the ball so easily against their opponent, outgain them in the first half, and fumble the ball at every opportunity resulting in a blowout in the first quarter. Pathetic.
  10. The start to the college football season is less than 10 months away.
  11. This is absolutely hilarious.
  12. HAHA. Awesome!
  13. I sure hope those seconds that ran off thanks to the re-kick come into play.
  14. That is hilarious.
  15. I'm still personally split on this as well. I still think the real Bears are the team we've seen 6 of the 8 games, but being that the two worst games have come in the last three weeks, I'm a little concerned. I think the real Bears are the Bears we've seen in 8 of the 8 games. That is, they are an incredibly dangerous and potent team, but they are prone to mistakes. I don't think it's a Jekyl/Hyde thing. It's more of a case of playing on a fine line of a risk taking team. The defense is all about attack attack attack, and relies heavily on speed. There is nothing methodical about this team. They might be able to rein in the risk taking on offense, by focusing more on running the ball. But I think part of the goal over the first half of the season was seeing what they were capable of at their best. They had a new car and wanted to see how it handled the open highway. The question is whether or not they are willing to drive that car in traffic at reasonable speeds. Maybe overall, but the pass protection and running game have been incredibly inconsistent.
  16. It seemed like he wanted to take advantage of the lead and sit both Hinrich and Duhon.
  17. I love how they've been able to finish quarters strong. And now they're just dominating.
  18. Urlacher will have an MRI this morning. They don't think anything is broken, but they want to check if there was any ligament damage.
  19. Damn, didn't know they still had all three timeouts.
  20. And the 49ers will beat the Vikings 9-3.
  21. Ryan Field will be sold out with about 25,000 people in red. It'll be hell.
  22. A 51-yarder gives the 49ers a 9-3 lead with just under 8 minutes left.
  23. On the bright side, the Vikings are losing in SF 6-3 early in the 4th. They were in FG range, but Johnson coughed it up on a sack.
  24. Griese should've been in there towards the very end, but only because I was afraid that Grossman would get killed.
