Is that the biggest "almost" since the Titans/Rams Super Bowl? Bigger. That "only" would've sent the game into OT (assuming the Titans went for the PAT). I'm thinking...there's never been a moment like that in the history of American sports. Chalmers making the 3 against Memphis was just as do or die but it was only to tie the game and it wasn't a half court buzzer beater. Not taking into consideration popularity of the sport, but it's comparable to the (I think) 1994 women's basketball national championship game that was decided by a 3-pointer at the buzzer in a 1 or 2 point game.

Jennifer Taylor's email wasn't so hot either. Neither was the post you quoted, so we're all losers in this equation. (Except for Brand, who is a millionaire. And probably Taylor, because she has a Duke degree.) So moral of the story is ..... when you're offered millions of dollars you should probably take it?

That Baylor/Duke Elite Eight game was terrible. But I think this is the best shot at someone taking down UConn ... though that's not saying much at all.

WVU got 4 more calls than Duke that game, plus a tech.

I agree. This is a very good team Duke is up against and it's going to be a slugfest. If Duke can play more their style than Butler's, they will win. However, no team in the tournament has been able to do that yet.
