    Well, at least they're booing a guy who struck out twice and GIDP twice. Could be worse. Actually I was talking about them boo'ing Betancourt for throwing to 1st base to keep Castro close Fans always boo when an opposing pitcher throws to first .... and I have no idea why.

    ESPN routinely does these little bits just to be funny. They have a history of showing the weird and wacky plays as well as all the highlights. When you're reporting news on only sports, which is primarily just a source of entertainment for us, you have to making your reports entertaining as well. I see no issue with what ESPN did and Bengie needs to lighten up.

    No, only a couple of 8 seeds made it out of the first round in the NBA and they all lost in the second round. the knicks made the finals as an 8 seed Hmm, must have forgot about that. I just remember the Nuggets and Warriors.

    Exactly. If they were going to Brooklyn next year I think it would be a slam dunk. As it is I think it makes sense but is about 3rd/4th most likely. Bucher thinks the opposite of Broussard and feels there will be a sign and trade although I think his logic was a bit off. If it were to become clear that a S&T would be required to land him, it would turn into an interesting bidding war. Their team won all of a dozen games this year, and they will be adding a huge piece (Lebron) and a big piece (their first round pick). I don't think that team is better than the Cavs are right now.

    Last year, it seemed the Blackhawks were just happy to be there and Detroit was by far the superior team. This year, the Hawks have a very very good chance of winning this series.
