    Actually, they wrapped up the division the game before the Indians series. The Indians series meant nothing to the White Sox, but everything to the Indians.

    You're blaming that on Marquis? Do you think it's his job to see the runner out of the corner of his eye, then jump and catch that throw which was well away from him? Unless you have a play called where the throw comes directly to Marquis, that's not happening. You gotta at least know the double steal is an option. If Lewis took off on the throw, then yes, Marquis should be trying to cut off Geo's throw.

    He said that he wanted to join the Cubs even in the winter, but that he was pretty sure the Cardinals wouldn't trade him to the Cubs. I think he really liked the atmosphere and that's why he wanted to come here. He also came to the Cubs to get more chances at burying the Cardinals. :good:
