    Gonzalez homered again today ... his 5th game in a row with a HR. What's the record? Is it held by Griffey?

    Just noticed the Rangers gave up Gonzalez + Young + Sledge for Adam Eaton and Akinori Otsuka. Christ almighty, that is the most lopsided trade I've seen in awhile.

    The Padres will have a really good minor league offense without Gonzalez. There's no way the Padres are letting him go this year.

    It probably has at least a little to do with his approach. He was so effective going the other way into right field with those singles, thats what the Cubs asked him to do. I guess it was his best way to help the team. The Cubs asked him to be a .745 OPS player instead of a .844 OPS player?

    Are you guys ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY certain the ball hit Braun's bat? Anybody have a video link so I can check it out myself? If so, and Braun sold it like he got hit in the head, then that is extremely cheap of him. I would start to hate him in that case.

    BTW, you can download The Zen of Bobby V on XBox Live. I think it costs like $5 or so. It's a fantastic look at Japanese baseball.
