Are the Cubs even on WGN anymore?

It sucks for those of us in Iowa, the home of the AAA affiliate of the Cubs, as the main cable provider in the Des Moines area doesn't carry CSN. So unless you have Dish/DirecTV, you get to see fewer than half of the games. A Cubs network would be great. And don't even get me started on the blackout rules and how they affect us here. -
