With the superb performance, I say we give dusty a $2 billion contract extension for the next week. This kind of skill doesn't show up every day.

Yeah, Dusty gets an extension, Womack and Bynum get credited for saving the Cubs, and sign the Neifi special. Cubs go on to finish 2006 with 75 wins, and we get to see it all again in 2007, but with more speed. Sorry... I should have said "One can have a nightmare"
