Who somehow garners more respect from his peers. He is sort of the opposite of Neifi in the sense that he gets on/drives in runs when it matters. But when very little is happening.....he is just sort of there.

As in Uribe + Pitcher + Prospect, or Uribe + Pitching prospect? Surely, it's Uribe + Pitcher + Prospect. Tejada's slumping, but Uribe and a pitching prospect would mean teams were thinking he's the new Sammy Sosa. Sorry should have written that out differently. Uribe and a pitcher and a minor league prospect.(i.e. three players) I took the minor leaguer part to mean anyone but Josh Fields or Lance Broadway. I don't know much about the White Sox minor league system, but I believe those are their two highly tauted prospects. -

FWIW on the Fox Pregame Show, Ken Rosenthal said that he believes the White Sox will get Tejada in return for Uribe-pitcher-prospect. He said they were even interested in the off season. I don't know if that is news or not. This is the first time I've heard that. -
