If the price is right I bet you that Hendry resigns him. he has had more great games this year than he has had bad games, yourre a idiot if u think they shouldnt resign him for 2 bad outtings Maybe, you're an idiot for thinking Maddux is only going to have two bad outings. Did you really expect him to have an ERA in the 2's all year? no but everyone was singin his praises for being so great and turn as soon as he has a bad couple of outtings.

its could be worse in my opinon, instead of Corey just striking out Pierre is putting the ball in play and is not hitting the ball out of the infield. This could lead to a injury and many more double plays in later innings

In all fairness, there's a lot that Ozzie gets wrong. He still calls for way too many sac bunts, for example. He does handle his pitching staff pretty well. He lets his starters work themselves out of jams but he does monitor pitch counts. Don Cooper, of course, deserves much praise for his work with Sox pitchers. he might get it wrong but he has a pretty ring on his finger

well every year since 2003 the team has gotten considerably worse, anyone else would be fired then again only with the cubs can you get considerably worse and get a extension

Cubs add Theriot to roster Looking to add some offense and speed to a struggling lineup, the Cubs called up second baseman Ryan Theriot from Triple-A Iowa on Monday, sources told the Tribune. The 26-year-old Theriot, a right-handed hitter, was one of the final roster cuts in spring training. He was hitting .309 at Iowa with five stolen bases and 12 RBIs in 110 at-bats. A September call-up in 2005, Theriot went 2-for-13 in nine games with the Cubs. Since Todd Walker's move to first base, Theriot is expected to get some playing time with second baseman Jerry Hairston and infielder Neifi Perez both struggling at the plate.

when you have 3 rookies starting, there's a good chance 1 or 2 are going to suck. unless you're the cardinals, of course. maddux will turn things around tomorrow. well we should only have 2 rookies in a week and a half and just 1 shortly after (unless prior needs tommy john )

If the rookies pitch like Marshall has, i dont think it really matters but Hill and especially Guzman will bring this team down if they cant throw strikes
