    Yeah, you're completely right -- except the fact that Bonds is notoriously known for being one of the biggest jerks in the game of baseball (this coming from someone who faults Ankiel in this case more than he defends him). Topics like these are why I really like coming to NSBB. You can say this is obvious and expected, but the general "tones" of the topic here compared to GWB are drastically different. It's really neat seeing perspectives from both sides of the spectrum.

    I'm very excited about this game. Tomorrow in general, really. 1:20 - Cards-Cubs 6:00 - Bengals-Ravens 9:15 - 49ers-Cardinals My whole day is set. Tomorrow calls for skipping class and blowing money on carry-out pizza.

    Of course Granderson is in short company under this particular criteria... by adding in triples, you suddenly have a very trivial, arbitrary set of stats (speaking on a collective level).

    The way Percival is used is very strange. They never really seem to put him into high-leverage, late-game situations. He's almost more of a mop-up guy than that.
