I heard he was working on a few things in his first start (especially slider location) and that partially hurt him in that game. I'm hoping he can hit 5 innings today and not have the command lapses he had at Iowa. Raisin, in case you don't see it in Minor Leagues Thread, can you shrink your sig a little please? Thanks. I am pretty sure he is, according to the thread in Baseball Discussions, and I'm pretty happy about that. Here's to Gooz solving that last spot in the rotation. Any new news on who's leaving the team? Cedeno, Murton, Pie, or Jones?

My first choice is to let Santo do it. Hearing him do it today gave me goosebumps. He was so excited and it meant so much to him. He really loves the cubs. My second choice would be guest conductors. I think it's hilarious when they can't/don't sing. :lol: How do most ballparks do it? -
we still haven't resigned him yet... good or bad? Ask me again at the end of the season. that's too easy. I like it that way. :P :lol:

And with the brew crew winning over the pirates. We are in 2ND PLACE lone all by ourselves! YAY!! What a week of good baseball can do. only problem is that we're 5 back and milwaukee is looking outstanding... 5 games back in early May is very doable. We still have plenty of games against the Brewers left to play. i know...im just impatient. o well going from 6th to 2nd in about a week makes me very happy! :D
