    It doesnt matter what the subject is, you can count on Whitlock writing an overly contrarian, bad article about it. Is there something specific in the article you have an issue with? I'm not as confident about the series as he apparently is, but he did make me feel somewhat better about it.

    Tiger withdrew from the PGA Championship after nine holes. He shot a 42 on the front nine.

    Considering we were the only chance to beat the Heat, I wouldn't be taking pleasure in this if I was you. The Celtics were the only team in the playoffs that could beat Miami?????? It's the Boston fans' coping mechanism in dealing with the loss. Let them have it.

    Somehow I find Rosenbloom less grating, and more entertaining than Mariotti. I think it's because Mariotti took himself so seriously...Rosenbloom knows he's a blowhard, and doesn't try to pretend otherwise. Hell, he more or less brags about it.

    Apparently Oprah has the United Center booked for Mon and Tues. So if we can't get game 1 of the ECF in on Sunday, it'll have to wait until Wednesday.

    Korver hasn't really played that well either. 30% from the field. Sucks that it took 5 games to realize that. A lot was made about Asik and Taj being on the floor at the end, but Brewer was out there too. Brewer made a huge steal, was extremely active on the offensive boards, and helps with the matchup problems the Bulls have when Korver is on the floor. Korver has to guard either Teague, Crawford or Johnson and all are terrible matchups for him. I just feel like the Bulls need to take last night as the blueprint and try to stop the Hawks from scoring rather than focusing on getting Rose help on the offensive end. And Brewer is a big key for that. Korver shot great in games 1 and 3. But yeah, it's just a bad matchup situation for him. Agreed on the defense though. The Bulls obviouly play the best when the defense is tight.

    The Hawks have really taken Kyle Korver away from the Bulls. Every time he's on the court, they attack him, and Teague is able to chase him around like a gnat. Thibs can't afford to leave Korver out there. He played only 4 min last night. Before tonight he'd played at least 16 min in every playoff game. Loved everything about that 4th quarter lineup. Free Taj Gibson!

    Well a lot of teams wanted Lebron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh too. Why does Riley get credit for them, but GarPax doesn't get credit for Thibs and the bench? On the other hand they signed maybe the worst contract of the offseason. Maybe, but that wasn't what was being argued.

That's kinda too bad, as basketball is where Gus shines Yep. Heard one rumor that Jim Nantz didn't like that Gus Johnson was becoming the most popular March Madness voice.
