  1. It doesn't matter how they strike you. It matters how they strike the Bulls, and whether they think it's a motivational tool.
  2. Moved your post, pitchcs, and added the link, rather than bump that thread up.
  3. I'm really struggling to see a way the Pacers win 1. Only way I can see it is if the Bulls just get overconfident after being up 3-0 or something and start throwing the ball away a ton, but that's just really looking for something.
  4. Brewer out tonight with a sprained right thumb. Noah questionable with sprained right ankle. Both say they're good for the playoffs.
  5. http://chibrksports.trb.com/media/photo/2011-04/351623280-13084501.jpg First Bull since MJ to be on the cover.
  6. Very cool article. It makes me want to know how horrible mine would be...haha.
  7. 10 pm here. Even suckier. Oh, and I don't get Vs. Great... Ahh..yeah I forgot...Vs. I don't get it either...joy.
  8. 9pm games suck.
  9. Why? If they don't want pros using it, they'd put in a rule against it. If it was so much better than a regular putter, everyone would be using it. Or is it just a macho thing? If I was on the PGA tour, I'd do whatever was available to me to improve my score. If that means a belly putter, so be it.
  10. Ugly game today. I don't know if I want Noah to just sit for the final 2 games, or if I want him to be out there getting his rhythm... Asik and Boozer both need to play with some stickum on their hands. Especially Boozer today...good lord man.
  11. Not a fan of the belly putter eh? I wanna try one. Seems like it'd be smoother...like controlling speed would be easier.
  12. I really wanna beat the Canucks.
  13. Just had to post this because I love this pic... http://a.espncdn.com/photo/2011/0406/nba_g_thibs1_576.jpg
  14. At least they're kicking me in the nuts while the Bulls are still doing well, so I can be easily distracted.
  15. I didn't think it was obvious, but I could see that being the case. I'm not a Soriano hater or anything...the comment just kinda rubbed me the wrong way. I'll get over it fast if he keeps hitting like he has so far.
  16. I don't doubt that it hurt the team, but really Soriano? You want to play harder because you know the lineup? I mean...I can see you being more prepared knowing the lineups, but I don't understand the "want to play harder" part...
  17. Pretty sure the Raiders would. Maybe the Redskins I think people would love to rip on Jerry Jones or Bill Belichek for that too...
  18. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/preview/2011/news/story?page=11expertpicks LOL @ Steve Berthiume picking the Astros to win the Central. Cubs got a few votes near the end for division champs...nobody picking them as NL champs.
  19. I watched most of that game last night. That was highly entertaining. The teams were trading huge runs....18-1 one way...then 12-0 the other...etc. It was wild. The Heat couldn't play any defense well other than zone.
  20. Pujols put cork in Sammy's bat.
  21. I couldn't get enough of watching Jennings turn the wrong way.
  22. Ha... http://nba-point-forward.si.com/2011/03/28/monday-musings-lakers-back-as-favorites/ I was totally that guy too.
  23. If they're willing to make him one of the highest-paid coaches, that's as good a reason as any. I can't think of anyone that wouldn't leave their job if they were being offered nearly double the salary at another job. I don't know about that. I know several people who wouldn't take a job just because of higher pay. It's certainly an important consideration but hardly the only one. For a public example, look at Brad Stevens. He quit his job to take a job that was probably less than 1/2 the salary he was making before. I might have overstated it by saying I couldn't think of anyone, but it's certainly uncommon. I don't think I'm overstating it by saying most people would take the huge pay increase.
