ugh what a hack umm actually, fans in hockey do cheer good defense. often. also, no, defense does not win you games. it can only prevent you from losing. Rozner is the only one that can see the beauty of defense.

Some kind of hidden meaning going on there, but I don't know what it is :). What's with the theatre mask? Glass of milk? Someone's trying to tell Rip he's not a good actor and needs to drink more milk instead of booze -- otherwise he's gambling away his chance at a ring. Well I'm pretty sure the mask is simply trying to recreate his game mask.

Apparently the Alex Smith to KC deal is done, just waiting till 3/12 to be official. SF gets at least a 2nd rounder. KC promising a commitment to Smith. Probably a contract extension. SF is making out like a bandit, imo. I don't think Smith will be nearly as good away from Harbaugh.

I always get the impression that he's being tongue in cheek with stuff like that (not that I think he's a big fan of advanced stats or anything like that) but maybe I'm wrong. Anyway, I don't like that show and wish there were an alternative but I like hearing about local sports on my drive to work. Yeah, I get that. And they do get Biggs and KC Johnson on there a lot. I used to like the show better. But over time I've realized that Mulligan really is really an old style meatball sports guy.

I just thought it was funny wording when I posted it. They could have "easily" won a game that they lost? I'm sure it was just a turn of a phrase...but thought I'd pick on it a little.

I don't see how they have enough cap space. They need a third and forth corner/nickel plus at least 2 LBs. also what about a third DE? Izzy is gone. Restructuring Peppers or extending Tillman could possibly free up some cap space.

Again, all just msg board gossip, but this is the same person... i call bs I understand, I would call BS but when a company buys advertising for the game and is linked to a certain player, I think its going to happen. Again I would call bs too, but they have purchased time. Don't understand what the significance of Rose being on the bench is. Who cares?

The theory about the Florida teams that I saw was that they wanted to get some Canadian teams in that conference so that Canadians that are in Florida for the winter can see their teams play more often?
