    He's an RFA right, so I guess they could "pursue" him. But those big offer sheets happen so rarely for a reason. And I still think the Hawks would make whatever cost cutting moves they needed to in order to keep him.

    I understand crazy popular celebrities not liking twitter, cuz the pure vitriol they receive on a daily basis can't be fun. But for us "normies" it's a great way to interact with media types and get instant information. Yes, you have to go in with a skeptical mindset, but I genuinely don't understand the hate.

    i doubt it has much of anything to do with policy the most i'd give him is that it might be that the teams involved are too busy with the draft to workout the final details just yet, but as far as waiting on announcing something that's done? ehhhhh He even said in one of his tweets that the draft was a factor due to front office resource allocation. yeah but then he claims it's done and waiting to be announced. Good point.

    Barstool is a terrible meatball site, but lots of athletes are "buddies" with the guys on there. I know Jay Cutler has been on their podcast in the past because he's a big fan, and BarstoolBigCat was joking around on twitter with Greg Olsen the other day because of some controversial call in a charity softball game they both played in. The Boston guys are awful on twitter, but the Chicago guys are pretty fun, IMO. I'm not saying this is for sure true, but my guess is that there's something to this.

    So...Bickell had vertigo. He's better now, and it looks like he'll play in place of Versteeg. TVR is also likely to play.

    No TB is not the best team they have faced. Ducks were better. Hawks got the split in Tampa, and if the Hawks take care of home ice, the Cup will be in the building down in Tampa on Saturday. Yep. I'm still wildly overconfident.
