    I thought the stuff about beaning and "we don't start it, but we'll end it" was a bit melodramatic, but I loved him basically telling them to shove their book up their asses. I dunno about melodramatic, but it didn't really make tons of sense. Not really a way to "end it".

    He represents the drunk rapist in all of us When did the "no means no" campaign begin? I feel like a large part of the male population are still working from the old school "her mouth says no but her eyes say yes" mentality and they figure that's what happened to Kane. Thus they can cheer for him feeling like he didn't know he was doing anything wrong. It's not just men that are cheering him, and pulling the "innocent until proven guilty" stuff.

I'm not saying him and the Brewers are a great fit, but I think this is reading into things a bit much.

    i didn't see any of it, but i found kane saying he'll be "absolved of having done nothing wrong" amusing Mark Potash asking him if he'll quit drinking, and Kane not answering was also a quality moment.

    I've got to consider some game thread forum bans during the playoffs. Looking at the feature request queue, not sure we'll get that one in. Mods can take care of that one, though. They're more on the ball than me.
