    You still have to be able to move laterally though. I'd love for him to be able to play, but I don't think it's gonna happen. Shhh. I'm trying to get him in the line up and here you are all negative Nancy. I was negative nancy about him returning all season long, and then wasn't completely sold on him being DH in these first two games, so I'm not gonna stop now.

    not gonna lie, i'm a little worried about that too. I won't pretend to be a pitching expert, but he should still be able to induce the same number of ground balls. Yeah, lifted balls might be trouble, but those will be trouble for Tomlin too. Hendricks probably won't pitch a shutout in those conditions, but should still be able to be better than the other guy.

    It's almost like the last week of October is a terrible time for baseball. But that's not even what would make late October bad for baseball. It's gonna be in the 60's and windy. BFD. Well 40mph winds is pretty ridiculous. But yeah, can't complain about the Chicago temps in these playoffs.

    Eh, we've all drooled over other teams players too. Hell, one particular individual is drooling over trading for Mike Trout while we're playing in the World Series. It's a good thing when fans of other teams want your players.

    If he gets MVP, I think it's gonna be more because of the story than anything. Presuming he can't play the field in the Wrigley games, he's just not gonna get the AB's, and Zobrist has been just as good.
