I'm in the same boat with Chambers. He hasn't really done much the whole season. It's Culpepper's fault. I bit hard and took Ronnie Brown and Chambers with high picks I thought Culpepper would suck, but I thought Chambers could be his "Moss-like" crutch. Turns out Culpepper and Harrington forgot that Chambers exists.

I don't think ARam is going anywhere, but obtaining ARod or Tejada is a step backward because ARam matches them in production and the Cubs don't have to give up players for him. I'm still pulling to get one of them, but I want them in addition to A-ram, not in lieu of. -
I don't normally post my picks on here, but I just want to say that I think Oakland wins this week.

Isn't Steve Smith pretty similar? Carolina still worries me if we were to meet them in the playoffs. not really. boldin is about 4 inches taller and about 40 pounds heavier. the announcers had it right on, he's a lot like sterling sharpe used to be, only faster. steve smith is a guy that uses his elusiveness to find the holes in the defense. boldin will run right up to the DB, use his body to seal the defensive player off, catch the ball, break a tackle and run by everyone else. guys like plaxico burress, moose, keyshawn johnson, and randy moss all are big, but don't have the bulk, agility, or strength of an anquan boldin. Fair enough...doesn't make me less afraid of Smith though... :P -

Kind of sounds anti-Soriano for center, though he does go on saying how athleticism is important in center. The "butcher on defense" line probably counts out Adam Dunn too then. -

Sorry, my question about Ichiro was as more of "in addition to " A-ram. You're right, I wouldn't want him to be the "replacement". -
From the Tribune: The end of the article mentions Ichiro, and whether he'd want to come to Chicago to get more national attention. Maybe put him in center?
